Licence is needed for any official match
Baseball and Softball SM and Suomisarja licence is mandatory in the Finnish Baseball League and in Fat Lizard league for players who do not hold any other licence. Players born 2002 or later choose either Youth licence or Junior licence according to the age.

All licences are available at Suomisport after registration. When acquiring more licences at once administrator for the club is needed. Please contact Ilona Näätänen (Ilona.naatanen(ät)pesis.fi) for further details.
Sports Cover attached to the licence is provided by Pohjola Vakuutus. It will take effect on 1 April 2020 if you pay the premium by the end of April 2021. Sports cover is mandatory unless a player or an umpire has another insurance policy that covers competition or umpiring.
The baseball licence costs 114 €. It consists of competition licence (58 €) and sports cover (56 €).
